Features & Specifications

When Selecting a Coil Cleaner, Opt for the BLUE!
Nu-Brite is a non-acid, alkaline-based solution designed to clean and enhance the appearance of air-cooled condensers. It contains top-notch foaming detergents and chelating agents that swiftly penetrate and break down greasy dirt and grime, effectively foaming it out of the coil. It serves as a safer alternative to acidic cleaners.
This product is ideal for cleaning and brightening outdoor air-cooled condensers and other finned heating and cooling coils. As an alkaline cleaner, it performs all the functions of an acid without the associated risks. Nu-Brite's advanced surfactants and cleaning agents quickly lift layers of oily residue and corrosive buildup from the coil. Its foaming action helps eject loosened debris from hard-to-reach areas, restoring the equipment to optimal efficiency. Note that it is not recommended for indoor use.
Nu-Brite 4X is a new concentrated version available in a convenient ready-to-use quart bottle. One quart of this concentrate is equivalent to one gallon of traditional Nu-Brite when diluted at a 4:1 ratio. Nu-Brite 4X takes up less space on your truck, is easy to carry onto roofs, and features a cleaner connection—eliminating the risk of spills. The specially designed packaging includes a dilution insert assembly, allowing you to use only what's needed, cap the bottle, and save it for future jobs. This product ships as a limited quantity, making it easier to transport to job sites. Note that Nu-Brite 4X requires the Clean Connect Sprayer.
Nu-Brite Ultra Concentrate offers the robust performance of our Nu-Brite product in an ultra-concentrated form. This quart size reduces storage space and weight by 75% compared to standard Nu-Brite. Nu-Brite Ultra Concentrate can be mixed using traditional methods or with Nu-Calgon’s Coil Gun at a 10:1 (setting E) dilution.
